Kalamata Balsamic Vinegar is a pure and natural product, obtained solely from sun-dried grapes from the Peloponnesian vineyards, closely following a Greek traditional recipe.
The taste (delicate, sweet and sour), the flavor (of grapes), its color (dark) are naturally obtained, without any addition of artificial coloring, sweeteners and / or preservatives.
The aging procedure takes place in oak barrels, those ones borrowing the vinegar specific fragrance and flavor.
Differences between balsamic vinegar and wine vinegar:
